La Revista Chilena de Salud Pública (RChSP) tiene como misión ser un medio de difusión y reflexión del conocimiento y las nuevas investigaciones en el campo de la salud pública y salud colectiva, contribuyendo a la transformación de las realidades socio sanitarias problemáticas, especialmente las latinoamericanas, promoviendo un acercamiento plural y transdisciplinario a este campo científico y de práctica social. Bajo ese enfoque, la RChSP está abierta a todo trabajo surgido de distintas ciencias, disciplinas o prácticas, que tengan una perspectiva poblacional, sanitaria o colectiva de la salud −en el ámbito nacional e internacional− con especial énfasis en Latinoamérica.
