A Revista Brasileira de Pesquisa em Ciências da Saúde (RBPeCS) aceita manuscritos redigidos em português, espanhol ou inglês, e prioriza artigos originais, todavia, não refuta estudos de revisão em todas as áreas da saúde. Foi inaugurada em 2014 com periodicidade semestral. A Revista Brasileira de Pesquisa em Ciências da Saúde (RBPeCS) é uma revista em acesso aberto de caráter inter e multidisciplinar relacionado a saúde, aberta a contribuições da comunidade científica nacional e internacional. A RBPeCS publica artigos originais com elevado mérito científico nas áreas de Saúde, Prevenção, Doença, Atividade Física e Política de Saúde, preferencialmente artigos originais de interesse internacional, e não apenas os de relevância regional. Nosso objetivo é disseminar a produção científica nas áreas de Saúde, Prevenção, Doença, Atividade Física e Política de Saúde por meio da publicação de resultados de pesquisas originais e outras formas de documentos que contribuam para o conhecimento científico e acadêmico, bem como que possam gerar informação e inovação para a comunidade em geral. A missão da RBPeCS é disseminar a produção científica na área da Saúde, por meio da publicação de artigos científicos que contribuam para a dissiminação do conhecimento, e que possam ser utilizados nos diversos aspectos da saúde, particularmente na prevenção e tratamento dos problemas relacionados direta ou indiretamente a saúde da pessoa humana.
