Scope
Aims, scope and focus
The Review of Socio-Economic Research and Development Studies (ReSERDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, and applied multidisciplinary journal that publishes scientific articles and contemporary research findings of high scholarly merit in socio-economics and development studies around the world. It particularly values contributions that highlight local context in the Philippines, particularly in the Visayas region while drawing lessons that have international or regional relevance. It welcomes submissions from scholars and practitioners across diverse context around the world especially those studies focusing from the Global South thereby fostering comparative perspectives, multidisciplinary dialogue and shared insights on socio-economics and development challenges. It accepts theoretical, empirical or qualitative papers on a wide range of topics employing appropriate approaches. ReSERDS aims to publish original research and paid particular attention evidence-based studies.
