Цель журнала: Способствовать становлению лидирующих мировых позиций России в области теории и практики радиационной гигиены, обеспечения радиационной безопасности населения при различных видах облучения. Создать широкодоступное информационное поле для всех специалистов, связанных с радиационной гигиеной и обеспечением радиационной безопасности населения, расширить сферу профессионального диалога для российских исследователей, работающих в этих и смежных областях науки. Привлечь перспективных молодых специалистов к научной работе над проектами в сфере радиационной гигиены и радиационной безопасности населения.
