Psychologie française / Journal of the French Psychological Society is the official organ of 'Société française de psychologie'. The journal publishes original research articles in either French or English, selected for their scientific rigor and innovative contributions.The journal welcomes the following types of submissions: Regular articles: Approximately 8,000 words, not including references, tables, figures, or appendices.Short articles: Approximately 3,000 words, with up to 20 references and a maximum of 2 tables or figures.Review articles: Comprehensive literature reviews with suggestions for future research, up to 15,000 words, excluding references, tables, figures, and appendices.Meta-analyses: Up to 15,000 words, excluding references, tables, figures, and appendices.We also offer two new formats:Registered Reports (RR): Authors may submit study proposals (before data collection) in the format of a regular article, with results and discussion/conclusion sections to be completed later (approx. 6,000 words, excluding references, tables, figures, and appendices). Ethical approval is highly recommended for submission. If accepted, the RR will be published once the study is completed and results are available.Opinion/Perspective articles: Brief discussions on emerging or timely concepts in psychology (approx. 1,500 words, excluding references).From time to time, the journal publishes special issues showcasing major scientific advances.
