It covers, in addition to (traditionally understood) agriculture, the legal issues associated with food, the environment (in agriculture) and rural areas – from global, regional and local perspectives. Hence the problems associated with agricultural law cover not only the regulation of agricultural production, agrarian structures and agricultural markets, but also agri-food and agri-environmental law. These areas constitute the common ground investigated by legal experts in agricultural law from all over the world. The journal does not charge the Authors any fees.
