Problema. Anuario de Filosofía y Teoría del Derecho es una revista electrónica, arbitrada, de publicación continua, de acceso abierto, interesada en difundir investigaciones en el campo de la filosofía jurídica, política y moral, así como estudios teóricos del derecho. Pretende ser un foro para el conocimiento científico y filosófico, de discusión constante, intercambio y conocimiento innovador. Fue fundada en 2007, por iniciativa del área de investigación de Filosofía y Teoría del Derecho y bajo el auspicio del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Desde su fundación y hasta la actualidad el anuario ha dado espacio al trabajo académico riguroso mediante la revisión por pares de artículos que cumplen las exigencias propias del rigor académico. Problema publica colaboraciones originales e inéditas en español e inglés y está dirigida al profesorado, estudiantado y profesionales. Las colaboraciones que satisfacen los lineamientos editoriales de la revista, son evaluadas por pares académicos bajo la modalidad de doble ciego y, de ser el caso, publicadas en alguna de sus tres secciones: Artículos de investigación, Artículos de discusión y Reseñas.
