Цель журнала состоит в распространении результатов оригинальных, качественных, современных исследований как авторитетных, так и молодых ученых по всем аспектам правоприменения во всех отраслях права. Нас интересуют как теоретические закономерности, так и отраслевые особенности правоприменения, поскольку только при изучении всех разнообразных аспектов данного явления возможно получение качественно нового научного знания. В фокусе внимания журнала – правоприменение в России, а также в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы (в силу общности исторических корней, идеологии и принципов правоприменения в этих государствах). Вместе с тем приветствуется публикация результатов исследований правоприменения в Западной Европе, а равно на других континентах, поскольку они дают почву для дальнейших компаративистских исследований и, в конечном счете, интеграции международных принципов правоприменения в российскую и другие национальные правовые системы.
