Foco e Escopo A Polymatheia - Revista de Filosofia (Qualis B1) é um periódico científico criado e editorado pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia da Universidade Estadual do Ceará - PPGFIL-UECE, voltado para a publicação de artigos de pós-graduandos/as e pós-graduados/as em Filosofia. Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE Centro de Humanidades – CH Programa de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia - PPGFil Polymatheia - Revista de Filosofia ISSN: 1984-9575 Qualis: A3 Público Alvo A Polymatheira está voltada a um público amplo de pesquisadores, professores, estudantes, consultores e outros profissionais que atuam em organizações públicas, privadas e do terceiro setor, nacionais e internacionais. Endogenia A partir da próxima edição, de "janeiro-junho /2025" estaremos seguindo, rigorosamente, o limite de até 20% para a taxa de endogenia por edição (autores oriundos da Universidade da Revista Polymatheia, a saber, Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE). Em caso de excedentes, os autores oriundos da UECE com artigos e textos em geral aceitos serão direcionados para as futuras edições. Esta medida visa adequação da política editorial aos padrões de avaliações. Processo de Avaliação pelos Pares Os manuscritos recebidos pela Polymatheia são inicialmente submetidos à revisão de admissão (desk review). Nessa fase os editores analisam: (1) se o trabalho condiz com o Foco e Escopo da revista, e (2) se as Diretrizes para Autores foram cumpridas. Os artigos aceitos nessa primeira fase são encaminhados para a avaliação do mérito no sistema de double blind review. Os manuscritos são avaliados considerando-se a relevância do tema estudado para a área, a redação, o encadeamento lógico da revisão teórica com a utilização de referências apropriadas, a adequabilidade dos procedimentos metodológicos, a profundidade e a consistência das análises, o delineamento das conclusões e a relevância das contribuições. Esta etapa do processo de avaliação pode durar até 6 meses, sendo que ao seu término, os autores são comunicados sobre a decisão editorial. Quando os avaliadores solicitarem ajustes no artigo, será concedido aos autores, a critério do editor, um prazo entre trinta e sessenta dias para a incorporação das sugestões e correções requeridas. A decisão final sobre a publicação ou não do trabalho é sempre do editor-chefe, com base nos pareceres dos demais editores e consultores ad hoc.
