Perspectivas en Nutrición Humana es una publicación de carácter científico de la Escuela de Nutrición y Dietética de la Universidad de Antioquia, Medellín-Colombia. Tiene como misión la divulgación del desarrollo y los avances académicos e investigativos en los diversos campos de la nutrición, la alimentación y la dietética, dirigida a un público de estudiantes y profesionales que hacen uso del conocimiento en esta área.
