Pasado Abierto es una revista semestral (junio-diciembre) del Centro de Estudios Históricos de la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (Argentina). Su propósito principal es la publicación de artículos científicos inéditos y originales, balances historiográficos y reflexiones teóricas relativas a la Historia y sus disciplinas afines. Pasado Abierto asegura las condiciones de calidad y rigurosidad mediante un arbitraje interno y externo. La primera evaluación es del Comité Editorial, que define su pertinencia considerando las normas y la política editorial. En caso de aprobación, la segunda es efectuada en forma anónima "doble ciego" por pares académicos de prestigio (según la modalidad de cada sección). El arbitraje y la publicación son gratuitos
