Of special interest are articles that consider regulatory challenges arising from the interaction of national, supranational and international normative frameworks, for example in the context of the European Economic Area. The journal’s target groups are legal scholars and other researchers with an interest in legal topics. The journal may also be of interest to law students, practising lawyers, judges, political decision makers, the media and a broader reading public. The journal has two issues per year with a continuous publication model. The journal publishes articles in English. The journal is published by Scandinavian University Press on behalf of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
