Organizações e Sustentabilidade (OS) é uma revista eletrônica com edições anuais. Por meio dos artigos publicados no periódico Organizações e Sustentabilidade, assumimos o compromisso de incentivar a pluralidade na definição e no debate sobre as organizações, bem como de promover a diversidade conceitual em discussões a respeito da sustentabilidade. O ecletismo epistemológico, teórico, metodológico e empírico providencia maior respeito ao pesquisado e ao pesquisador em suas respectivas concepções de humano, teoria, organizações, sociedade e sustentabilidade. Sobre as relações entre organizações e sustentabilidade, nos declaramos contrários a qualquer tentativa de patrulhamento ideológico, demarcação conceitual, alienação epistemológica e enraizamento paradigmático. Nesta revista, portanto, todas as vozes estão convidadas a construir, complementar e questionar os debates criadores e derivados das relações entre organizações e sustentabilidade.
