The journal also publishes papers of interest to professionals engaged in the clinical management of obesity and its related comorbidities as well as individuals actively involved in the prevention of obesity at the local, regional, national and international level.Acceptance of papers is based on the originality of the observation or investigation, the quality of the work described, the clarity of presentation, and the relevance to our readership. Submission is considered on the conditions that the manuscript (or its essential substance) has not been published other than as an abstract in any language or format and has not been previously or simultaneously submitted elsewhere for print or electronic publication consideration
