A folyóirat Tanulmányok rovata új kutatási eredmények közlésének ad helyet; Műhely rovatában aktuális hazai és nemzetközi munkálatokról, szakmai eseményekről számol be; Könyvszemle és Folyóiratszemle rovatai a magyar és a külföldi szakirodalom újabb kiadványairól közölnek ismertetéseket. A benyújtott kéziratok elbírálása mindkét irányban anonim, kettős lektorálással történik.
