Objectives of the Journal – publication of results of fundamental and applied research in food technologies, biotechnology, and related fields;– coverage of modern approaches to food production, processing, storage, and preservation;– addressing issues of food safety, quality control, and risk assessment of food products;– presentation of research in food chemistry, biologically active substances, and functional ingredients;– highlighting the development of new raw materials and innovative food products;– support of research on technological processes, equipment, and automation of food production;– promotion of environmental and ecological research in the context of food production systems;– facilitation of scientific communication between researchers, academic institutions, and representatives of the food industry.
