Mural Internacional é a revista eletrônica anual do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Relações Internacionais da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. O objetivo é publicar artigos acadêmicos de caráter original, pesquisas em andamento, resenhas de livros de interesse da disciplina e contribuições especiais. A temática dos artigos deve ser do objeto de pesquisa das Relações Internacionais em sentido amplo, tendo como objetivo acrescentar ideias inovadoras aos debates atuais que estão sendo desenvolvidos dentro da disciplina no nível internacional. Nesse sentido, a Mural Internacional é comprometida com a pluralidade metodológica, teórica e ideológica. O formato de publicação é em fluxo contínuo; os artigos são publicados assim que passam pelo processo de revisão cega entre pares. Os artigos submetidos devem ser originais e não terem sido submetidos a outras publicações de caráter acadêmico. A Revista publica artigos e resenhas em português, inglês e espanhol com temas relevantes das Relações Internacionais, como a política internacional, políticas externas, economia política internacional, processos de integração regional, instituições internacionais, processos migratórios internacionais, relações culturais internacionais, discussões teóricas e/ou metodológicas e temas da atualidade de determinadas regiões. A Revista possui classificação A3 no Qualis CAPES, ano-base 2021-2024.
