فصلنامه «مطالعات منابع انسانی» نشریهای علمی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی است که مقالات آن به زبان فارسی به همراه چکیده انگلیسی مبسوط منتشر میشود. این نشریه توسط دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری و با همکاری انجمن علمی مدیریت رفتار سازمانی ایران منتشر میشود. انتشار مقالات پژوهشی و مروری در خصوص موضوعات پیشرفتهای نوین و ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه برای مسائل این حوزه در اولویت پذیرش این نشریه قرار دارند.
