Métodos y Materiales es una revista científica que nació en el año 2011 en el seno del Laboratorio Nacional de Materiales de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Está dirigida a personas investigadoras, docentes, profesionales y estudiantes, afines a métodos de ensayo de materiales e ingeniería civil. Tiene como objetivo difundir la producción científica adquirida mediante investigaciones realizadas en los ejes temáticos de métodos de ensayo, materiales de construcción y tecnologías aplicadas a la ingeniería civil.
