We are pleased to present the first issue of the journal in 2026, bringing together a diverse and timely collection of scientific, professional and case based contributions. The issue reflects the journal’s interdisciplinary orientation and its commitment to applied research that connects management, artificial intelligence, sustainability, human rights, marketing, education, human resource management and organisational development. Several contributions focus on the growing role of artificial intelligence in contemporary organisations, marketing, project management and higher education. Other articles address important questions related to economic diplomacy, sustainability and human rights, consumer trust, branding, labour shortages, job satisfaction and intercultural management education. Taken together, the contributions show how technological, economic and social transformations are reshaping both business practice and academic reflection. This issue therefore offers valuable insights for researchers, educators, students, managers and professionals who seek to better understand the challenges and opportunities of organisations in a rapidly changing global environment.
