Medialex ist die schweizerische Fachzeitschrift für Medien- und Kommunikationsrecht (ISSN 2504-1479). Sie erscheint seit 1995, in den ersten 20 Jahren als Printmedium vierteljährlich. 2015 passte sich Medialex dem Trend zu Onlinemedien an und publizierte ab diesem Zeitpunkt bis 2018 jährlich 10x einen Newsletter und jeweils ein gedrucktes Jahrbuch mit den meisten in den Newslettern veröffentlichten Beiträgen. Medialex ist eine open-access-Publikation Seit Oktober 2019 erscheint Medialex 10x jährlich online und als Gold Open Access Publikation. Die Autorinnen und Autoren behalten die Nutzungsrechte und es gibt weder für sie noch für die gesamte Zeitschrift eine Sperrfrist. Die Publikationen sind lizenziert unter einer Creative Commons Lizenz. (CC BY-SA 4.0 Deed). Was bringt Medialex?
