Aims, scope and focus
فصلنامه مجله حقوقی بینالمللی به بررسی و ارائه یافتههای جدید علمی در حوزه حقوق بینالملل و تحولات آن میپردازد. نظر به بدیعبودن موضوع و با عنایت به ضرورت رعایت معیارهای علمی ـ پژوهشی، مقالاتی برای ارزیابی پذیرفته میشود که حاصل طرحهای پژوهشی، پایاننامهها و رسالههای تحصیلی در زمینه تحولات ،مسائل و موضوعات نوین حقوقی بینالمللی و دعاوی و داوری های بین المللی بوده و به نحوی مستند و مستدل به ارائه و بسط مفاهیم مرتبط با موضوع مجله (حقوق بین الملل عمومی- حقوق بین الملل خصوصی -حقوق معاهدات- حقوق تجارت بین المللی-حقوق فضا- حقوق دریاها-حقوق دریایی- حقوق بین الملل کیفری- حقوق مسئولیت بین المللی - حقوق بشر بین المللی - حقوق بشر دوستانه- حقوق مخاصمات بین المللی- حقوق جنگ - حقوق دیپلماتیک و کنسولی-حقوق بین الملل محیط زیست - حقوق حل و فصل اختلافات بین المللی- رویه های قضایی بین المللی - رویه های داوری بین المللی- حقوق حمل و نقل بین المللی) بپردازد. لذا مقالاتی که صرفاً مروری بر مطالب موجود بوده و فاقد نوآوری باشد یا با رویکرد علمی پژوهشی و سیاست های مجله تنظیم نشده باشد پذیرفته نخواهد شد. درج مقالات و تألیفات اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاهی و پژوهشی در این فصلنامه میتواند در ارتقای ایشان مؤثر باشد (مقالههای برگرفته از پایاننامهها یا رسالههای دکتری با مسئولیت استاد راهنما قابل بررسی است .مقالات دانشجویان یا فارغ التحصیلان دوره کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری حقوق صرفاً در صورتی برای داوری پذیرفته میشود که با مشارکت و تحت نظر یک عضو هیئت علمی نگارش یافته باشد). این نشریه مقالات به زبان انگلیسی را نیز برا ی بررسی و ارزیابی می پذیرد. مسئولیت مطالب مندرج در مقالهها از هر نظر بر عهده نویسنده مسئول است. وجهی بابت ارزیابی و چاپ مقاله از نویسندگان دریافت نمی شود.
