Lingua Didaktika: Jurnal Bahasa dan Pembelajaran Bahasa is published by the English Department of FBS Universitas Negeri Padang. It is a fully open-access double blind review journal publishing high quality, original, self-contained research articles. The journal provides a venue for the researchers and practitioners to discuss, pursue, and promote knowledge in emerging and developing areas in foreign language, linguistics, literature, and foreign language learning. This journal was firstly published in December 2007.The editors welcome articles and research reports addressing foreign language, foreign language learning, foreign language literature, and linguistic study, including: analyses of texts and discourse;studies of semantic systems and cultural classifications;pragmatics, sociolinguistics, language typology;foreign language learning (ELT, Japanese, Arabic, BIPA, language learning, etc)English for Specific Purpose (ESP)foreign studies of linguistic prehistory and genetic classification, both methodological and substantive;translation studies;applied linguistics.
