Escopo: Difundir a engenharia e a ciência aplicadas ao desenvolvimento territorial, por meio de artigos técnico-científicos que abordem valores locais de determinada região e, além disso, reconheçam esses valores como recursos para se atingir a resiliência e a sustentabilidade. São nossas metas: Valorizar o trabalho (labor) e a inovação (engenho) resultantes da pesquisa acadêmica ou da experiência profissional. Destacar processos produtivos ou culturais que integram sistemas hídricos e territoriais. Promover a resiliência e a sustentabilidade desses processos e sistemas a partir da conservação do patrimônio e da paisagem visando o desenvolvimento local. Disponibilizar conhecimentos específicos sobre planejamento urbano e rural, ordenamento do território e gestão das águas (sistema cidade-campo), gestão integrada de uma bacia hidrográfica, dos seus recursos hídricos e territoriais. Objetivos: Publicar artigos de excelente qualidade, submetidos e acessados sem custos para autores e leitores, no idioma português, espanhol ou inglês, integrando as áreas da engenharia para o ordenamento territorial e o desenvolvimento local e regional sustentável.
