Els trebal publicats en kult-ur s'orienten fonamentalment al progrés de la ciència en els àmbits de la cultura, l'educació i el desenvolupament local, i donen preferència a la difusió de resultats d'investigació originals. kult-ur admet contribucions d'experts i investigadors de tot el món i promou l'intercanvi de plantejaments, la reflexió i la comunicació en els seus tres eixos d'estudi abans referits. kult-ur accepta per al seu estudi i avaluació originals e1n català, espanyol, portuguès, francès i anglès que incloguen un resum en la llengua original i en anglès i, un cop acceptat, tradueix només el resum a les diferents llengües d'edició -català i castellà-. La versió principal de cada treball serà publicada en l'idioma designat pel seu autor o autora.
