Folyóiratunk összefogja a közjogi vizsgálódások két fontos területét. A közigazgatás és az infokommunikációs technológiák összekapcsolódása, szinergikus pontjai napjainkra meghatározóvá, sőt irányadóvá váltak számos szakterület tekintetében. Az e témakörökhöz kapcsolódó, összetett társadalmi, jogi, gazdasági jellegű problémák és kérdések, tudományos igényű feldolgozása pedig a világviszonylatban is felgyorsult változásokra tekintettel újabb és újabb lehetőséget biztosítanak a témakört vizsgáló szakemberek számára, a fentiek értelmezésére illetve kritikai észrevételek és javaslatok megfogalmazására. Jelen folyóirat célkitűzése, hogy a tudományos pályafutásuk első felében járó fiatal kutatók számára lehetőséget biztosítson az e témakörben megfogalmazott gondolataik közreadásában.
