Jurnal Hukum Novelty (JHN) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This journal is published two times a year, in April and October. JHN offers instantaneous open access to its content in order to make research easily available to the public so it will support a wide exchange of knowledge. Jurnal Hukum Novelty is dedicated to share and promote research findings and fresh insights into current debates and controversial topics in technology law, business law, international law, family law, and criminal law both from global and Indonesian perspectives.
