AimsJournal of Vascular Diseases (ISSN 2813-2475) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal on the basic, translational and clinical research of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and peripheral vascular diseases. It publishes research papers, reviews, editorials, communications, etc. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Full details must be provided when publishing an experiment so that the results can be reproduced. There is, in addition, a unique feature of this journal: it accepts studies showing meaningful but negative results. While there are many journals that focus on vascular diseases, only a few of them actively accept negative results. As a result, most negative data end up not being in the public domain even if the data were meaningfully negative and the study was well designed. By accepting those negative results, our journal encourages scientists to share those data so that others would not need to repeat experiments already carried out.ScopeCongenital vascular diseases Congenital aneurysm Congenital arteriovenous fistula Congenital hemangioma Degenerative vascular diseases Arteriolosclerosis Atherosclerosis Medial calcinosis Functional vascular diseases Acrocyanosis Erythromelalgia Raynaud's syndrome Inflammatory vascular diseases Giant cell arteritis Infectious arteritis Rheumatic arteritis Syphilitic aortitis Thromboangiitis obliterans Neoplastic vascular diseases Hemangioendothelioma Hemangiopericytoma Hemangiosarcoma Traumatic vascular diseases Traumatic aneurysm Traumatic arteriovenous fistula Other vascular diseases including rare diseasesMDPI Publication Ethics Statement MDPI is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
