Journal of Science and Research es una revista electrónica institucional adscrita al Vicerrectorado de Investigación y Postgrado de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, creada con la finalidad de difundir los resultados de investigaciones científicas en las áreas de las ciencias, las ingenierías y la educación con periodicidad trimestral. Está dirigida a docentes, investigadores, estudiantes y profesionales interesados en la actualización permanente de sus conocimientos y el seguimiento de los procesos de la investigación científica. Las áreas temáticas de la revista están basadas en las cinco líneas de investigación de la institución (pero no se limitan a), ellas son: Recursos hídricos y desarrollo agropecuario sustentable. Biodiversidad. Determinantes sociales de la salud. Educación y desarrollo social. Desarrollo de sistemas de la información, comunicación y emprendimientos empresariales y tecnológicos.
