The primary objective of the Journal of Human and Work is to contribute high-quality empirical and theoretical studies produced across all subfields of Management Sciences (Strategy, Entrepreneurship, DEI, SSR, etc.), while maintaining a focus on Organizational Behavior, in line with the inclusive vision of the Management Academy Association.Our journal aims to establish a strong link between academic knowledge and practical applications in understanding management processes at the individual, group, and organizational levels; to enhance scientific quality; to improve the experience of authors and reviewers; and to provide social benefit. In line with the inclusive mission of the Management Academy Association, the Journal of Human and Work has expanded its publication focus to cover all subfields of Management Sciences as of 2026.
