This broad-reaching journal aims to serve both researchers and practitioners in biodiversity-related fields.Editorial Policies and Restrictions Manuscripts focusing primarily on the social, economic, or highly applied aspects of biodiversity (e.g., ethnobotany, landscape engineering, land use) are generally outside our scope and will not be accepted. Furthermore, the journal does not accept unsolicited papers dealing with very small or microorganisms, new regional records, basic flora or fauna checklists, or replication studies using identical sites and methods, unless explicitly invited due to exceptional significance. For manuscripts describing new taxa, molecular authentication is strongly required.
