Investigación y Postgrado tiene como misión fundamental publicar artículos de investigadores consolidados y noveles en el área educativa, con el objetivo central de contribuir con el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación, mediante la difusión de ideas enmarcadas en una visión de futuro que promueva, en los círculos universitarios, la investigación en las áreas de pre y postgrado. Además, tiene como objetivos: a) Crear un medio para la difusión de los trabajos de investigadores nóveles y expertos. b) Promover la confrontación de ideas animadas por el espíritu científico y humanístico. c) Favorecer la actualización de los docentes de diferentes niveles educativos.
