Intervención es una revista de publicación semestral del Departamento de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Alberto Hurtado. Su naturaleza es interdisciplinar y su propósito es divulgar y favorecer la reflexión crítica sobre problemas sociales, políticas sociales y modelos de intervención social desde una perspectiva ética y apostando por el diálogo de saberes con diferentes actores sociales. La Revista Intervención se piensa como un espacio de transferencia de conocimiento recíproco entre la actividad científica y el desarrollo de procesos de intervención en lo social. De esta manera la revista intervención busca: Construir un espacio de investigación y reflexión critica sobre la intervención social que reconoce la pluralidad de posiciones téoricas existentes y la diversidad de espacios de desarrollo de la intervención social contemporanea. Ofrecer una reflexión de carácter científico sobre fenómenos y problemas sociales asegurando la pertinencia de dicha reflexión para los espacios de intervención. Contribuir a generar conocimientos disciplinares que aporten a la discusión académica desde el lugar propio del Trabajo Social y de las Ciencias Sociales. Incidir en el debate público de los problemas del país mediante la línea editorial y los contenidos propios de las publicaciones.
