The International Journal of Networked and Distributed Computing (IJNDC) is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of research by publishing high-quality, original articles that cover both theoretical and practical aspects of networked and distributed systems. As a cornerstone of modern computing, networked and distributed computing is pivotal in enabling scalable, reliable, secure, intelligent, and sustainable digital infrastructures and applications. The journal provides a comprehensive platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate their findings, discuss critical challenges, and explore state-of-the-art solutions for systems in which computation, data, control, intelligence, and resources are distributed across networked environments. By fostering rigorous peer review and interdisciplinary collaboration, IJNDC contributes to the development of robust, secure, scalable, coordinated, autonomous, adaptive, and efficient networked and distributed systems that can meet the demands of contemporary and future technological landscapes. The goal of the journal is to explore distributed and decentralized approaches to computing, pervasive and ubiquitous systems, and novel technologies for making applications and systems more interoperable, fault-tolerant, autonomous, resilient, and capable of real-time responsiveness. IJNDC also addresses the integration of smart, intelligent, autonomous, and agentic systems within networked and distributed environments. These systems, incorporating advanced algorithms, swarm intelligence, federated learning, generative and agentic artificial intelligence, and distributed decision-making, are becoming increasingly relevant for enhancing the functionality, adaptability, efficiency, and autonomy of networked solutions. The journal also welcomes contributions in which AI-enabled or agentic capabilities are grounded in substantive networked or distributed computing challenges, such as coordination, orchestration, resource management, trust, resilience, latency, scalability, decentralized control or the security and governance of autonomous systems. Topics of InterestIJNDC publishes rigorously peer-reviewed original research articles, comprehensive surveys, and insightful reports of practical experiences. To foster cutting-edge discourse, the journal periodically invites proposals for special issues focusing on emerging and impactful topics. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Applications of Netw
