Aims, scope and focus
La revista ICIDCA sobre los derivados de la caña de azúcar se creó en 1967 con la finalidad de difundir las experiencias alcanzadas y los resultados de las investigaciones sobre los derivados de la caña de azúcar. En ella se publican temáticas sobre química, microbiología, informática, biotecnología, automatización, energía, industria, medioambiente, matemática, calidad y agricultura, aplicadas a la caña azúcar y sus derivados. La revista publica artículos científicos originales y artículos de revisión, en español e inglés, con frecuencia cuatrimestral y tiene la misión de dar a conocer los resultados de las investigaciones a la comunidad científica y promover el intercambio de este conocimiento.
