"Horyzonty Polityki" są czasopismem naukowym Instytutu Nauk o Polityce i Administracji Uniwersytetu Ignatianum w Krakowie, ukazującym się początkowo co pół roku, a od 2013 roku jako kwartalnik. Programowe założenia czasopisma to namysł nad człowiekiem i jego życiem i aktywnością polityczną, w rozumieniu egzystencjalno-transcendentnym, w relacyjności horyzontalno-wertykalnej bytowości człowieka. Inaczej mówiąc, chodzi o gruntowną refleksję nad homo politicus i nad rei publicae i o właściwą antropologię polityczną. Czasopismo kierowane jest przede wszystkim do środowisk akademickich, ale także do polityków, ludzi życia publicznego, do każdego, kogo interesują sprawy człowieka w życiu społeczno-politycznym.
