Мета: - створення мультидисциплінарної платформи з біологічних, медичних та технічних наук для забезпечення інтеграції у міжнародний інформаційний простір в області фотобіології та фотомедицини. Задачі: - надавати можливість вільного обміну результатами досліджень, проведення відкритих дискусій вченим, розробникам, інженерам різних спеціальностей, які займаються пошуком, розробкою та впровадженням альтернативних технологій, заснованих на використані електромагнітного випромінювання оптичного діапазону спектра для лікування та профілактики найбільш поширених захворювань людини та збереження здоров’я до старості; - забезпечувати максимально швидке інформування наукової та клінічної громадськості про інноваційні, ефективні методи лікування та профілактики найбільш поширених захворювань людини та збереження здоров’я до старості за допомогою технологій заснованих на використанні електромагнітного випромінювання оптичного діапазону спектра; - сприяти консолідації вчених, розробників та інженерів, які працюють в області фотобіології та фотомедицини.
