Foro: Revista de Derecho es una revista académica de la Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Sede Ecuador, editada de manera continua desde noviembre de 2003. La revista recibe y evalúa artículos originales en español e inglés. Se trata de una publicación jurídica semestral, con revisión por pares, abierta a la comunidad internacional y especializada en reflexiones, desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, sobre los avances en el ámbito jurídico. De esta forma, la revista busca atender la amplia demanda de conocimiento e investigación jurídica mediante la difusión de resultados de investigaciones académicas de la más alta calidad. Foro: Revista de Derecho está dirigida a estudiantes, investigadores y profesionales interesados tanto en el derecho como en el análisis crítico interdisciplinario, así como a quienes investigan problemas jurídicos en contextos regionales y globales.
