Foco e Escopo A Revista de Administração FACES Journal tem como foco e escopo publicar artigos no campo da Administração e áreas afins com uma contribuição teórica e gerencial. A intenção é publicar artigos decorrentes de pesquisas robustas, que resultem em avanço do conhecimento, com argumentos que destaquem a relevância e importância do estudo, com alto grau de ineditismo e que apresentem o estado da arte do fenômeno estudado. MISSÃOFomentar a produção e a disseminação do conhecimento em Administração de Empresas e áreas afins, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e o progresso do país, da sociedade, das organizações e do indivíduo. Processo de Avaliação pelos Pares O processo editorial da Revista FACES pode ocorrer em 3 etapas, a saber: Etapa 1. Na primeira etapa o artigo recebido é analisado pelo Editor (desk review). O Editor pode ainda solicitar aos membros do Conselho Editorial Técnico-Científico um parecer às cegas, com vistas ao suporte à decisão do Editor. Caso o artigo não atenda aos requisitos acima, o artigo será rejeitado pelo Editor ou pelo Conselho Editorial Técnico-Científico. Etapa 2. Corresponde à avaliação Double Blind Review (avaliação às cegas dupla). O Editor encaminha os artigos submetidos e aprovados na primeira etapa para os avaliadores Ad Hoc, selecionados por sua expertise e disponibilidade. Etapa 3. Na última etapa do processo, o Editor toma a decisão final com base na avaliação dos parecerista ad hoc. Periodicidade Trimestral Política de Acesso Livre Esta revista oferece acesso livre imediato ao seu conteúdo, seguindo o princípio de que disponibilizar gratuitamente o conhecimento científico ao público proporciona maior democratização mundial do conhecimento. Arquivamento Esta revista utiliza o sistema LOCKSS para criar um sistema de arquivo distribuído entre as bibliotecas participantes e permite às mesmas criar arquivos permanentes da revista para a preservação e restauração.
