Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia é o periódico científico do Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), instituição pública de ensino superior reconhecida pela excelência acadêmica e compromisso com a produção de conhecimento crítico no campo da Psicologia. Criada em 2001, a revista publica artigos originais, comunicações breves, resenhas críticas, além de entrevistas e traduções autorizadas de textos relevantes para a área. Também acolhe resenhas de filmes e outras produções culturais com impacto no debate psicológico contemporâneo. Desde 2024, a revista opera em fluxo contínuo (rolling pass), garantindo maior agilidade no processo editorial e na disseminação dos resultados de pesquisa. No sistema Qualis CAPES 2021–2024, a revista está classificada como A3.
