Estudios de Derecho es una publicación semestral de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Antioquia. Contribuye al debate de las ideas en torno al derecho y la política y fomenta el diálogo con otras disciplinas. Prioriza la publicación de artículos producto de investigación, escritos por autores nacionales y extranjeros. Está dirigido a politólogos, abogados y, en general, profesionales interesados en las áreas sociales del conocimiento. Los artículos deben ser originales y no haber sido remitidos a otra revista simultáneamente. Para evaluar la rigurosidad académica y la calidad científica estos son revisados por pares bajo la modalidad doble ciego, quienes evalúan la pertinencia, relevancia, aporte científico, originalidad y cumplimiento de los principios éticos bajo los lineamientos del Comité de Ética de Publicaciones (COPE). Los planteamientos involucrados por los autores, no comprometen a la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Antioquia. Estudios de Derecho permite el acceso abierto a su contenido con el objetivo de contribuir a la circulación del conocimiento, bajo la licencia Creative Commons Reconocimiento-NoComercial-CompartirIgual. El contenido está disponible en la página www.udea.edu.co/revistaestudiosdederecho Estudios de Derecho no cobra cargos por envío de artículos, ni por procesamiento de artículos (APC), ni por su lectura y consulta, en coherencia con su modelo de publicación en acceso abierto vía diamante.
