«Економіка та суспільство» – це електронний журнал з економічних наук, що був заснований у 2015 році Мукачівським державним університетом. На початку 2019 року випуск видання було припинено. З метою відновлення функціонування журналу та його подальшої популяризації у 2020 році було змінено засновника та видавця, публікацію статей здійснює Видавничий дім «Гельветика». До складу редколегії журналу входять провідні українські та іноземні фахівці. У виданні публікуються науково-теоретичні та практичні матеріали з актуальних загальнотеоретичних та галузевих економічних питань, а також пропозиції щодо оптимізації економічних процесів та явищ країни. Метою журналу є сприяння оприлюдненню результатів емпіричних та теоретичних досліджень науковців, які займаються питаннями економіки, обліку і оподаткування, фінансів, банківської справи та страхування, менеджменту, маркетингу, підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності, готельно-ресторанної справи, туризму, міжнародних економічних відносин. Розкриття цієї мети забезпечує координацію фундаментальних й прикладних наукових досліджень з економіки різних фахівців та сприяє їх актуалізації. Завдання журналу – підвищення рівня економічної науки, а також створення унікальної науково-практичної платформи для висвітлення актуальних тенденцій і перспектив розвитку економічної науки та міждисциплінарних досліджень, розбудови національної економічної системи, розгляду теоретичних, методологічних та практичних аспектів інноваційних трансформацій в економіці та управлінні бізнесом, аналізу та висвітлення останніх досягнень економічної науки, вільного обміну думками через публікацію відповідних наукових матеріалів. Галузь та проблематика: У журналі висвітлюються актуальні питання економіки та міжнародних економічних відносин; обліку і оподаткування; фінансів, банківської справи, страхування та фондового ринку; менеджменту; публічного управління та адміністрування; маркетингу; торгівлі; туризму та рекреації та інших галузей економічної науки. Журнал інформує також про події наукового життя та економічну освіту в Україні; подає рецензії наукових праць та підручників з економічної тематики.
