Науковий журнал "Економіка та право" є провідним рецензованим виданням відкритого доступу, що спеціалізується на публікації результатів сучасних досліджень у сфері юридичної науки. Концептуальний фокус журналу охоплює модернізацію інститутів господарського, господарсько-процесуального та екологічного права в умовах глобалізаційних викликів та євроінтеграційних процесів. Метою журналу є оприлюднення результатів фундаментальних, прикладних, дисертаційних та інших наукових досліджень що стосуються регулювання господарських, господарсько-процесуальних та екологічних правовідносин. Журнал прагне до формування сучасної правової парадигми, яка відповідає викликам глобалізації та європейської інтеграції, а також сприяє розвитку збалансованої системи правового регулювання. Завданнями Журналу є створення науково‑практичної платформи для висвітлення сучасних тенденцій розвитку господарського, господарсько‑процесуального та екологічного права. Журнал сприяє оприлюдненню результатів наукових досліджень, формуванню наукової дискусії щодо модернізації правових інститутів, а також інтеграції вітчизняних науковців у міжнародний науковий простір. Видання дотримується високих стандартів рецензування та академічної доброчесності, підтримує розвиток молодих учених шляхом публікації результатів їхніх досліджень.
