Czasopismo „Edukacyjna Analiza Transakcyjna” dedykowane jest pedagogom, nauczycielom, psychologom i wszystkim osobom korzystającym z założeń analizy transakcyjnej czy to w życiu zawodowym, czy prywatnym. Może także stać się inspiracją dla tych, którzy dopiero zetknęli się z koncepcją E. Berne'a, ale zaczynają dostrzegać jej potencjał. Pierwszy numer czasopisma ukazał się w 2012 roku. Ideą przewodnią przyświecającą Zespołowi Redakcyjnemu w trakcie opracowywania ram tematycznych pisma było stworzenie periodyku uwzględniającego szerokie perspektywy analizy transakcyjnej dla teoretycznych rozważań, ale przede wszystkim praktyki edukacyjnej. Oznacza to, że celem czasopisma jest wymiana myśli i poglądów w zakresie: możliwości wykorzystania koncepcji analizy transakcyjnej w teorii dydaktyki i wychowania wykorzystania założeń edukacyjnej analizy transakcyjnej w praktycznej pracy z dziećmi, młodzieżą i dorosłymi analizy komunikacji pomiędzy uczniami i nauczycielami znaczenia skryptu życiowego w procesie edukacyjnym profilaktyki negatywnych zjawisk pojawiających się w środowisku szkolnym poprzez interpretację ujawniających się tam gier i innych dotyczących szerokiej perspektywy zjawisk i inspiracji edukacyjnych
