ECONOMICUS (print ISSN: 2223-6295/ online ISSN: 2958-8901) is a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access journal, published twice a year by the European University of Tirana, Albania. Economicus’ first issue came out in 2008. Since 2017 Economicus publishes articles in English only and covers a vast area of business & economics issues, regarding the national and global economy. Our mission is to accelerate the dissemination of knowledge through the publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed research papers, reports, and book reviews while serving as a unique peer-reviewed forum for the community of students, academics and practitioners, with a shared interest and devotion to the theoretical and empirical research, in all areas of economics. The ECONOMICUS journal covers many aspects within the spectrum of economics, including but not limited to: Macroeconomics; Monetary Economics; Financial Economics; International Economics & Finance; Public Finance; Financial Markets and Regulation; Sustainability and circular economy; Risk Management; Sustainable marketing strategy; Business Climate; Development Models & Economic Growth; Sustainable tourism; Entrepreneurship; Innovation; Management of Corporate Governance; Business Economics and Management accounting; International Trade & Commerce; Technology and Labour Markets; Economics and Business Organization. ECONOMICUS realizes the importance of fast reviewing for submitted articles, therefore it offers a fast publication schedule, including prompt double-blind peer-review by academicians and researchers in the field and publication, upon acceptance.
