Foco e Escopo A revista DRd – Desenvolvimento Regional em Debate é um veículo de divulgação científica do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Desenvolvimento Regional da Universidade do Contestado, Campus Canoinhas, e publica pesquisas interdisciplinares que abordem o desenvolvimento regional em suas diversas dimensões, com ênfase em análises aplicadas e práticas inovadoras. Temas de interesse abrangem: Infraestrutura e Ativos Territoriais: Planejamento e gestão de infraestruturas estratégicas, valorização e uso sustentável de recursos regionais; Planejamento Regional e Urbano: Estratégias territoriais, urbanização sustentável e integração rural-urbana; Governança e Desenvolvimento: Descentralização política e econômica, governança territorial, adaptação às mudanças climáticas e desenvolvimento equilibrado; Dinâmicas Econômicas, Sociais e Ambientais: Competitividade regional, clusters produtivos, mercados locais e globais, arranjos público-privados, inclusão social, redução das desigualdades, desenvolvimento comunitário e conservação ambiental; Inovação e Tecnologia: Impactos da Indústria 4.0, economia digital e tecnologias no fortalecimento territorial; Energia e Sustentabilidade: Transição energética, inovação no setor energético e impactos socioeconômicos de fontes renováveis e fósseis. A revista prioriza contribuições de caráter empírico-aplicado, que sejam fundamentadas em dados, estudos de caso, análises comparativas ou modelagens, promovendo o uso de ferramentas quantitativas e qualitativas para análises robustas e aplicáveis. Trabalhos teóricos, incluindo revisões bibliográficas ou análises descritivas, são aceitos desde que sejam inovadores, bem fundamentados e alinhados ao escopo da revista. O público-alvo da revista contempla pesquisadores, gestores públicos e privados, planejadores territoriais e formuladores de políticas, com foco em análises conectadas às dinâmicas locais, regionais e globais.
