Diálogos Pedagógicos es la revista de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Católica de Córdoba. Es una publicación científica semestral -editada en abril y octubre de cada año- sobre temáticas educativas destinada a estudiantes, docentes, investigadores y especialistas en educación de alcance nacional e internacional. La mirada socialmente responsable de la Universidad Católica de Córdoba abarca el estilo de gestión, los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, investigación y proyección social. De allí que el objetivo que compartimos quienes trabajamos en la UCC sea formar personas de ciencia, conciencia y compromiso. Esto implica la necesidad de investigar (ciencia) para concientizarnos de los conflictos reales que aquejan a nuestra sociedad y sentirnos comprometidos (conciencia) a intervenir activamente en su solución (compromiso). Es decir, formar hombres y mujeres capaces de transformar nuestro mundo en un mundo fraterno y solidario. Estos desafíos también se encuentran plasmados en la misión de la Facultad de Educación, la cual asume como tarea "la formación integral de la persona mediante la búsqueda de la verdad y la promoción cristiana, humanística, social, científica y profesional de los estudiantes". Siguiendo los lineamientos de la UCC, la Facultad de Educación no solo brega por la formación de su propia comunidad educativa, sino que también busca generar ámbitos propicios para lograr el avance y desarrollo del conocimiento a través de estudios e investigaciones teóricas y empíricas que permitan dar luz sobre las problemáticas sociales imperantes. Pero es solo a través de la publicación y difusión de estos conocimientos como la ciencia puede avanzar, ya que la investigación y la publicación de sus resultados son dos actividades íntimamente ligadas. Objetivos - Revalorizar la educación como un espacio de saber que puede y necesita ser difundido científicamente. - Propiciar la democratización del conocimiento en educación a través de la difusión científica. - Difundir conocimiento científico en educación entre investigadores, especialistas, docentes y público en general, sobre las distintas problemáticas educativas en búsqueda de alternativas superadoras.
