Foco e Escopo MissãoNosso escopo é o de publicar artigos inéditos e de pesquisas originais da área de história, estudos culturais e humanidades que façam um diálogo com os avanços da historiografia contemporânea e privilegiem os contextos históricos subjacentes nas análises das fontes. Divulgar práticas de pesquisas e resenhas de livros. Política EditorialA revista Diálogos tem por finalidade publicar e divulgar, preferencialmente, trabalhos inéditos na área de história, evitando sua apresentação simultânea em outro periódico. Poderão ser aceitos para publicação: artigos e resenhas O livro resenhado deverá ter sido publicado (ou reeditado) no máximo há dois anos, sendo a edição nacional, e no máximo há três anos, sendo a edição estrangeira. A revista Diálogos só publica textos de autores com titulação mínima de Doutor. Doutorandos poderão ter seus trabalhos avaliados, desde que apresentados em co-autoria com o orientador. Doutorandos e mestres poderão apresentar resenhas para avaliação, mesmo sem co-autoria com seus orientadores. Todo autor que tiver publicado pela revista Diálogos se compromete a ser avaliador de artigos nas edições futuras. A revista Diálogos publica 03 números por ano. Processo de Avaliação pelos ParesOs originais submetidos ao Conselho Editorial da Diálogos, desde que atendam à s normas da revista para a publicação, serão encaminhados para avaliação por pares.O sistema de revisão é duplo-cego: os nomes dos pareceristas permanecerão em sigilo, omitindo-se também os nomes dos autores perante os pareceristas. Os revisores ad hoc serão pesquisadores especializados e afetos à s temáticas. Os pareceres emitidos servirão de subsídio aos editores, permanecendo com estes a decisão final.Caso haja pareceres conflitantes, o editor solicitará a análise de um terceiro parecerista.O texto e demais informações disponibilizadas no processo de avaliação devem ser tratados com sigilo e não podem ser utilizados para outra finalidade.A cada número da revista Diálogos, os editores poderão convidar autores de reconhecido saber em área específica do conhecimento para comporem mesas redondas ou dossiês.
