Desarrollo Gerencial es una revista científica dedicada al campo de la administración, con énfasis en la gerencia. Publica artículos originales de investigación y revisiones con enfoque transdisciplinario que contribuyan a comprender las prácticas y dinámicas empresariales en contextos nacionales, regionales y globales. Su alcance comprende las áreas de gestión estratégica y desarrollo organizacional; innovación, emprendimiento y competitividad; transformación digital y gestión del conocimiento; talento humano, comportamiento organizacional, diversidad e inclusión; finanzas, contabilidad y economía empresarial; marketing, mercados e internacionalización; así como sostenibilidad, responsabilidad social, ética, gobernanza, bioeconomía y desarrollo territorial. La revista está dirigida a la comunidad científica y académica experta en el campo de la administración; en especial, a investigadores/as, docentes, estudiantes de posgrados y tomadores/as de decisiones que se ocupen del área gerencial. Se publica en formato digital en la modalidad de acceso abierto (Open Access). Acepta artículos en español e inglés que no hayan sido publicados en otras revistas. No se cobra por publicar. Se rige por la ruta diamante. Todos los artículos que se presenten y que cumplen con las normas de la revista, son sometidos al arbitraje doble ciego por pares evaluadores, quienes tomarán en cuenta la calidad de los contenidos; originalidad; presentación y estructura; calidad y actualidad de las referencias bibliográficas y el cumplimiento de los principios éticos. Las citas y referencias bibliográficas se harán de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la American Psychological Association (APA), séptima edición. Frecuencia de publicación: la revista recibe artículos para evaluación durante todo el año. Se trata de una publicación continua que se edita semestralmente (enero-junio y julio-diciembre). Institución editora y modelo de financiamiento: Desarrollo Gerencial es propiedad y financiada por la Universidad Simón Bolívar (Colombia), institución de educación superior sin ánimo de lucro. Esta revista no cobra a sus autores/as por el procesamiento de sus manuscritos (Article Processing Charge - APC), pero sí espera de ellos una activa participación en los procesos y un trabajo cooperativo para una mayor difusión y divulgación de sus artículos.
