Метою наукового журналу «Деміург: ідеї, технології, перспективи дизайну» є формування сучасного наукового дискурсу у сфері дизайну як багатовимірного міждисциплінарного явища, що поєднує теоретичні, історичні, мистецтвознавчі, технологічні та освітні аспекти. Журнал спрямований на висвітлення актуальних проблем і тенденцій розвитку дизайну в умовах глобалізації, цифровізації, екологічних викликів та трансформацій креативних індустрій. Особлива увага приділяється дослідженням у галузях дизайну візуальних комунікацій, середовища, дизайну одягу та іміджу, а також суміжних напрямів – цифрового, інтерактивного, соціального, сервісного та сталого дизайну. Важливим пріоритетом є дослідження дизайн-освіти, інноваційних педагогічних практик і підготовки фахівців нового покоління, здатних працювати на перетині різних галузей знань.
